What a fantastic way to see Christchurch central. We stayed on the first round and then went around again and got on and off. During Winter the Tram runs every 20mins. Great commentary from all the different drivers we had along the way. A beautiful city indeed.

We took about five different rides on the tram with the hop on hop off pass. All the conductors are really charismatic and chirpy and gave us great history on the city. A great way to see the central city

Awesome way to see Christchurch around the CBD. The staff on the trams are friendly and really great at letting you know the history of Christchurch. Get off when you want and back on again. Would really recommend.

The tram is a convenient way to get an overview of the city, with a commentary from the knowledgeable driver. These trams have been in the city since 1995. We hopped on in Armagh Street and did the city circuit. You can pay for the trip on the tram. A great way to explore the city, both new and repaired buildings post earthquake, statues, the Avon River, Cathedral Square and the quaint pedestrian only street. A wonderful way to get to know the central city.
